What we offer

What we design

Every collection starts on paper. Our panel takes a brief from first print sketch through to a sample-approved, production-ready collection.

Textile print design

Seasonal print stories — florals, geometrics and motif work — developed as concept boards, colourways and repeat-ready artwork for lawn, chiffon, karandi and other fabric bases. Prints are checked for printability before they leave the studio.

Embroidery & handwork design

Chikankari, thread work, hand-embellishment and mixed handwork, designed as placement charts a karigar can follow. We plan handwork density against real production timelines, not just the sketch.

Ready-to-wear & pret design

Silhouette and range design for everyday and ready-to-wear collections — building a cohesive size range around a shared print or embroidery story.

Formal & occasion wear design

Formal handwork and occasion-wear collection design, from statement pieces to the co-ordinating pieces that round out a full formal drop.

Catalogue & look-book design

The digital catalogue, look-book and campaign layout a finished collection is presented and sold through — designed to match the collection it introduces.

How a brief becomes a collection

The same four stages, whether the brief comes from Elaf Premium or another label.

i.

Brief

We take the season, fabric base and price point, and agree a print or handwork direction.

ii.

Concept & sketches

The relevant panel develops concept boards, colourways and initial artwork or placement sketches.

iii.

Sampling

Designs are proofed against real fabric and handwork samples, and refined until they hold up in production.

iv.

Handover

Approved artwork, placement charts and catalogue assets are handed to your production and marketing teams.
